Who we are

Reconditioned IBC (reconditionedibc.com) is a referral service. We pass requests for buying, selling, cleaning, repairing, recycling, and moving IBC totes to partner suppliers in our network, who prepare quotes and do the work.

What the forms collect

When you send a quote or contact request, we collect what you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, street address and ZIP or postal code if you provide them, details of the totes or service you need, quantity, timing, and your message. We also record the page you sent it from and, if you arrived from an ad or link, campaign details such as UTM tags and click identifiers.

Text messages

If you tick the text message box, you agree to receive texts about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Texting is optional and not required to get a quote.

How your request is used

Your request is sent to the 1DB lead platform, which we use to manage requests, and shared with partner suppliers in our network so they can prepare a quote and contact you. We don't sell your information, and we use it only to handle your request.

Analytics

The site uses PostHog analytics to count visits and see how pages are used. Visitors in Europe, and visitors whose browser sends a privacy signal (Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track), are counted without cookies or storage on their device. The site sets no advertising cookies.

Retention

We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them and for reasonable business records, then delete them. Partner suppliers who receive your request keep it under their own policies.
