Facility tours
Want to see our operations in person? We welcome customers to tour our facility and see how we recondition IBCs. Tours typically take 30-45 minutes and can include discussion of your specific needs.

Please call or email ahead to schedule your visit. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours but advance notice helps us prepare for your tour.
Picking up containers
Picking up your purchase? Here's what to know before you arrive.
Before arrival:
- Call to confirm your order is ready
- Bring valid ID and order confirmation
- Ensure vehicle can handle load weight
- Allow time for loading (varies by quantity)
At the facility:
- Check in at the office first
- Staff will direct you to loading area
- We load with forklift (you must secure)
- Inspect containers before leaving
What to expect

For buying or selling quotes, we typically respond within 4-8 business hours with pricing and availability. Complex requests may take up to 24 hours.
Service scheduling
Pickup and delivery scheduling usually arranged within 1-2 business days. Rush scheduling available for additional fees.
Documentation
Standard documentation requests fulfilled within 24-48 hours. Certificates for recent transactions are usually available same-day.
